STOCKING MESH CHAIN MAKING MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC CHAIN COLLECTING SPOOL

Machine on stand with automatic chain collecting spool, single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, wire end sensor, chain presence sensor, wire tensioner, fixed spool. Models suitable for the production of stocking mesh chains with 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 needles per head. The heads are not interchangeable. Use of compressed air is necesssary.

Chain

The peculiarity of the CZ automatic machine, designed for stocking mesh chains, lies in its operating process, through which a continuous wire is transformed into a tubular, flexible chain that does not need to be welded. A “game” of needles and hooks warps the thread, shaping it into slots interlocked one inside the other. The CZ machine can be employed to produce different configurations and it can be worked on various needle numbers to produce stocking mesh chains of different external diameters, ranging from the smallest to the largest. (Both round and diamond wires can be processed).
