Machine on stand, single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, chain presence sensor, fixed chain collecting plate, programmable combination for short and long links. Additional application of specific cams and electronic chain collecting plate (optionals) are necessary for the production of figaro cable chain. Use of compressed air is necessary.

Chain

The GFF automatic machine produces curb and cable chains in a range of small and medium-size wires. The GFF machine is 100% mechanically operated and equipped with two opposed (left and right) spiral units for link production. Each of the units has its own cutting blades and jaws group, to ensure full control of the chain’s link dimensions. Floating pincers move the chain from the right spiral unit to the left spiral unit, in different programmable options. This machine is particularly useful when used for hollow-wire production, where the geometries of the rings and the closing of the joint are fundamental characteristics needed in order to create a quality, zero-waste product.
