Machine is predisposed to be utilised with laser unit. Use of compressed air is necessary.

Chain

Automatic machine for the production of LASER ROPE chain for medium and large wire sizes. Suitable for both left-wise and right-wise chain production. This is a newly-developed machine, where the manufacturing process of the ROPE chain always begins with the wire, so that it is possible to get to the finished chain in just one step. The construction and handling of the links that form the chain are carried out by a mixed mechanical/electronic system, so as to increase operational flexibility and agility when changing the tools needed for different chain sizes. The brushless motors that control the movement and the chaining of each ring can be programmed from the operator panel. Thanks to a range of default programs, the machine can be set up in the optimal configuration depending on the chain size. This machine is well suited for working with precious and non-precious solid wire and with hollow tubes for the goldsmith industry.
