Bench model for the production of curb and cable chains. Single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, one air blower, chain presence sensor, electronic spool. The standard model of the machine is provided with cams to produce cable chain applying an electronic or mechanical chain collecting plate and the dedicated stand (optionals). Use of compressed air is necessary.
The GEU automatic machine is suitable for the production of single, double and triple curb and cable chains, as well as for rhomb chains, in a range of small to medium wires. Its user-friendly operating system and the full set of cams and air blowers that are supplied make it a highly versatile and easy-to-use model, suitable for frequent tool changes and for different chain types. The machine can work with hollow wire.
This option allows FASTI machines to be equipped with the “connection and integration” characteristics required by the “Industry 4.0” standard.
The machine is predisposed for production of laser welded chain.
