Specific application and electronic chain collecting plate (optionals) is necessary for production of cable chain. Use of compressed air is necessary.
The GFVN automatic machine is suitable for the high-speed production of NONNA CHAINS, as well as FIGARO CURB and FIGARO CABLE chains of medium-small size. To bring the links to the chaining, the opposing spirals shift by only 8 mm towards the fixed pincers: this feature makes the GFVN a very rapid machine, particularly appreciated for the production of chains with tiny wires. The wire entering vertically into the spirals makes hollow-wire production possible. Changeover from NONNA chain to Figaro chain is possible by using a specific cam and the relative insert with lever roller (both optional). The GFVN machine can also produce Figaro cable chains provided that specific tools, dedicated cams, and a chain-collecting rotating table are added.
