Chain

The PLL automatic machine is suitable for the production of medium and large size BALL CHAINS. The machine works with a spool of wire and a spool of plate sheared to a precise width; by means of two coining stations, the wire and the plate are molded to combine a single chain of wire and bead elements joined together. The PLL machine produces a wide range of chain diameters and various shapes: small barrels, small cylinders, small squares, ovals, drops, spinning tops, etc. The mechanically operated machine assures efficiency and constant production such as to satisfy both industrial and manufacturing silversmiths' and goldsmiths' production requirements.
