Chain

The CM automatic machine is used to process already welded basic chains into semi-finished products, which can be shaped into different patterns by means of subsequent processes of beating and dressing. The machine works on the principle of axial compression of the chain, which increases its density and tightness. Through this process, more compact chains with a greater area are produced, thus making them more suitable for the subsequent dressing processes. The CM machine is typically used to process basic single cable chains and single or double curb chains. It can also be employed for the production of Criss Cross chains and Snake chains. The chains that are thus obtained undergo a subsequent hammering process, which allows the creation of different geometric shapes, i.e. a rectangular, round or square section.
