Chain

The automatic CSTL machine is designed for the production of BASKET chain using a wide range of wire diameters. CSTL automatic machine for the production of BASKET chain, suitable for a wide range of wire diameters. The machine produces rings that are chained in pairs with a 90° rotation, thus being at right angles to each other. Depending on the tightness of the rings, the machine can be set up for different configurations: with laser welding or, if the rings are extremely tight, without laser welding. Ring overlapping is used in order to give shine to the ring surface. However, it can be disabled and used only for the calibration of the ring, so as to ensure its perfect roundness. The machine is designed to perform up to a double pair of laser welding. Laser management can be performed on the machine via the operator panel, using two separate lasers or a time-sharing system that, together with only one laser, can distribute the different welding shots at different times.
