Bench model for the production of double and triple spike chain with round wire. Single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, chain presence sensor, electronic spool. Equipped with a specialised group of knives to facilitate chaining process of right and left links. Use of compressed air is necessary.

Chain

The GESP automatic machine is well suited for the high-speed production of double or triple wheat chains, right and left curb chains, for small to medium wire sizes. The machine can work with both round and half-round wires. The double cut of the knives allows the correction of the spiral that forms the link, thus improving threading regularity and the overall production speed. The electronic management of air-blow intervention times makes it possible to adjust them according to the desired speed. The mechanical torsion exchange (left and right link) guarantees high threading speed and precision. The complete set of cams, air needles, and chain hooks facilitates and accelerates the shift from double to triple wheat chain and, for single curb chains, from left to right and vice versa. The machine can work with hollow wire.
