Bench model for the production of double and triple spike chain with round and half round wire. Single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, chain presence sensor, electronic spool, two air blowers. Equipped with a specialised group of knives to facilitate chaining process of right and left links. Use of compressed air is necessary.

Chain

The GSSP automatic machine is suitable for the production of DOUBLE and TRIPLE WHEAT chains, as well as SINGLE CURB chains, for medium and small wire sizes. The machine can work with both oval and half-round wires. The double cut of the knives allows the correction of the spiral that forms the link, thus improving threading regularity. Every accessory needed for the changeover from double to triple chaining is provided with the machine. The machine can work with hollow wire.
