Bench model suitable for the production of curb (right and left) and cable chains, single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, chain presence sensor, two air blowers, fixed spool, set of cams for producing cable chains, controlled opening and closing jaws group, parallel cut knives. Immediate passage from right curb to left curb. Use of compressed air is necessary.

Chain

The GUF automatic machine is a universal model, well suited for the production of a wide range of cable and curb chain models, with single, double, triple and quadruple chaining. The machine comes with a full set of cams and air needles: this means that, by simply changing these tools, up to 9 different chain patterns can be produced from a wide range of wires. The GUF machine can process a wide range of wire patterns, i.e. round, half-round, square, oval, triangular etc. This machine has unique design features that make it the most state-of-the-art model available for the production of chains from a spiral system. For example, double positive control jaws eliminate the risk of seizing and consequently breaking the pincers due to links falling inside the machine unit. Moreover, the knives with horizontal and vertical parallel cutting blades do not deform or displace the wire while cutting it, and the coaxial opening command of the pincers to the spindle ensures smooth, precise movements. Its easy use and maintenance and its wide working range make it a model that is particularly appreciated wherever great productive flexibility is required. The machine can work with hollow wire.
