Bench model for the high production of medium-small sizes of Curb and Cable chains, single phase power supply, variable speed, forced lubrication, two air blowers for chaining process, chain presence sensor and electronic wire tensioner. Possible to produce different types of chains by changing the tools and applying an electronic or mechanical chain collecting plate (optionals) through quick and simple operations. Use of compressed air is necessary.

The GEK automatic machine is a high-speed model suitable for the production of small and medium curb and cable chains, both single and double. This is possible thanks to the full set of cams that come with it; all you need to do is change the specific tools. The kinematic chain of this machine was specifically optimized to achieve top performances while also ensuring high precision and repeatability. All components are made of light alloy and the profile cams are optimized with short strokes, so that the machine can achieve a production speed of 500 rpm.This makes it the ideal machine for ensuring the production of large volumes of small chains.
