The GFN automatic machine is suitable for the production of medium and large size NONNA chains. The advantage of the GFN machine lies in the fact that it has two opposite spiral units for each chain link. Every unit has its own jaws and cutting blades group. These are essential elements to obtain perfectly closed links and to control their geometry. The GFN machine is ideal for working with hollow wire because, thanks to its two fixed spirals, the wire entering the spiral does not experience any movements that would affect its constant supply and orientation. The machine also provides good maneuvering space, which is particularly useful during the tooling and maintenance processes.
