Chain

Heavy-duty machine designed to produce large-size Figaro Curb and Figaro Cable chains. It operates within a wire diameter range from 2.00 mm to 4.00 mm. Traditional configuration featuring dual jaws group for opening and closing without the use of springs, dual 30 mm diameter spiral making, and dual knife units with adjustable inclination to match the spiral angle, ensuring defect-free cutting. The drive system for the two link stations (long and short links), the pincers-mandrel movements for link threading feeding and catching, as well as the translation of the pincers group, are controlled by 4 brushless motors. The machine comes complete with a joystick for manual operation and a native Industry 4.0 module.
